Just wanted to let you know how much we have enjoyed the treatment that we have received from all of the Barna employees that have helped us realize our log home dream. As you know we have been planning our home for some time and we have been conversing with you on it for over five years. The excitement of finally getting started with the log home seminar and contruction classes that Barna offers were overwhelming. We would definitely recommend these to anyone that is considering a log home. Besides the technical aspects that the classes offered it was the warm and hospitable treatment that I remember the most. We are building our log home ourselves and have used the technical assistance line more than once since we started. It is a nice feeling to know that the customer service did not stop once we purchased our kit.

Someone asked me the other day what I liked about my new home. My mind raced to all kinds of answers, including looks, effiency, and other physical attributes. However, after thinking it over, I realized it was much broader than individual characteristics. It fits our needs that have become pretty basic as we have grown older and retired. Being on the site while it was being built saved even more and still allowed us to have the extra comforts we wanted.
